JBC Home Inspections, LLC takes the privacy and confidentiality of its clients seriously. The Company does not sell, trade, or otherwise disclose any client’s personal or confidential information to third parties who are not directly affiliated with JBC Home Inspections, LLC.

Client information may be shared with third-party service providers solely as necessary to conduct business operations, including credit card processing for payment purposes. All such providers are utilized only to the extent required to complete the requested service.

All client information obtained by JBC Home Inspections, LLC is maintained in strict confidence. Client information will not be released to any other party without the client’s prior written or verbal authorization.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, JBC Home Inspections, LLC reserves the right to disclose client information without consent when required to do so in the event of an emergency, hazardous condition, or legal obligation. Such disclosure may include personal information or property location details and will be limited to emergency responders, legal authorities, or other appropriate entities when necessary to protect the client, the inspector, the Company, or human life.
