What is Thermal Imaging
Thermal imaging is a non-invasive technology that uses an infrared camera to detect surface temperature differences within a home or building. These temperature variations can help identify hidden concerns such as moisture intrusion, missing insulation, air leakage, overheating electrical components, and HVAC performance issues. Thermal imaging does not see through walls, but it can reveal patterns that may indicate underlying problems not visible during a standard visual inspection.
